Thruxton

Not a brilliant report I'm afraid, Thruxton is a fantastic circuit and an
immense challenge, sadly we had a car problem which resulted in some
inconsistent handling in qualifying and try as they might TCR, who are
usually peerless in their preparation couldn't resolve it despite their best
efforts. I don't want to dwell on an uncompetitive showing needless to say I
wasn't even gracing the top ten. Albeit it was entertaining on board when
the car kept snapping into over steer at Goodwood and Church - both 100mph+
corners, although after two wild rides across the grass I stopped enjoying
myself.

As ever I have to keep smiling and keep the faith, TCR are on the case and
are readying to renew dampers, which we believe is the cause and possibly
due to damage sustained when the car was being used at Donington and the
differential. Either way we will redeem ourselves next time out.
